Rachel Juillet

Office Manager / Dental Assistant

With 22 years of experience in the dental profession, Rachel has been a cherished resident of our beautiful valley since 1999. She began her journey as a dental assistant, where her passion for helping others thrive became evident. Over time, she transitioned into the role of office manager, contributing her expertise to the business side of dentistry.

Rachel's commitment to ongoing education is evident, as she has continually expanded her knowledge through various courses. Moreover, she is a certified holistic wellness coach, showcasing her holistic approach to patient care.

Beyond her professional life, Rachel enjoys the outdoors, travels with her family, and dotes on her pets. Her well-rounded nature and compassionate spirit make her a wonderful addition to our team and community.

Reyna Montoya

Certified Dental Assistant

Reyna, a Certified Dental Assistant, originally hailing from Nicaragua, moved to our valley at a young age. After graduating from Harrisonburg High School in 2004, she completed the Dental Assisting program at Massanutten Technical Center. In 2009, she joined our team at Dr. Jen's Gentle Dentistry and quickly became an invaluable part of our dental family. Reyna's passion for helping patients feel at ease during their visits is evident in her warm and welcoming approach. Her diverse talents and ever-present smile make her a wonderful addition to our practice.

Maggie Wimer

Hygienist

With 20 years in the dental field, my journey began as a dental assistant for seven years before I pursued dental hygiene school. I'm a Shenandoah Valley native who revels in the changing seasons.

In my personal life, I'm married with four children, two girls, and two boys, spanning ages 7 to 25. My interests include reading, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones. On a fun note, I share my home with three cats, have an identical twin, and have attended Eric Church's concerts a remarkable ten times!

My passion for dentistry was nurtured through excellent pediatric care in my youth. In the office, my proudest accomplishment is creating a welcoming and secure dental environment, promoting oral and overall health. I'm dedicated to continuous learning and feel blessed to be part of the team at Dr. Jen's Gentle Dentistry.

Cassidy Riddle

Certified Dental Assistant

Cassidy's journey in dentistry began after graduating from Spotswood High School in 2018 and attending BRCC. Her passion for dentistry led her to Massanutten Technical Center, where she earned her dental assisting certification in 2020. Cassidy started by performing child cleanings and has since transitioned to assisting the doctor in the operatory, showcasing her dedication and versatility. She's a valuable asset to our team, contributing not only as an assistant but also at the front desk.

Cassidy finds joy in seeing patients' satisfaction after treatment and particularly enjoys working with children, educating them about dental health. Her enthusiasm and dedication are evident in her work, making a positive impact on our patients' well-being. We are delighted to have her as part of our team.

Eimaelis Guzman

Front desk receptionist / CDA

Eimaelis, a native of Puerto Rico, arrived in the Shenandoah Valley in 2014. She started her journey at Eastern Mennonite University in 2017, where she studied English. Soon after, she discovered her passion for dentistry and completed the Dental Assisting Program at Massanutten Technical Center. She joined our team at Dr. Jen's Gentle Dentistry as a front desk coordinator in May 2022. Eimaelis's enthusiasm for learning is infectious, and her primary language being Spanish adds value to our practice, ensuring inclusivity for our diverse community. In a short time, she has become a valued member of our team, and we are grateful for her contributions.
