Dr. Nancy Bansal Agrawal is a dedicated dental professional with a strong academic background and a passion for healthcare leadership. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India, where she built a solid foundation in clinical dentistry. In 2017, she moved to the United States to further her professional growth and expand her opportunities in the healthcare field.

Driven by an interest in healthcare systems and management, Dr. Nancy went on to complete an MBA in Healthcare Administration, gaining valuable knowledge in leadership, operations, and patient-centered care. Alongside her administrative training, she remained deeply committed to clinical excellence and specialized further by completing a residency in Prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry in 2024. This advanced training reflects her dedication to providing high-quality, specialized dental care and staying at the forefront of her field. Additionally, she completed a surgical implant placement training course in Arizona in 2025.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Nancy is a proud mother to a 4-year-old daughter and shares a strong, loving bond with her husband. Family plays a central role in her life, and she values spending quality time together. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, cultures, and experiences.

Cassidy's journey in dentistry began after graduating from Spotswood High School in 2018 and attending BRCC. Her passion for dentistry led her to Massanutten Technical Center, where she earned her dental assisting certification in 2020. Cassidy started by performing child cleanings and has since transitioned to assisting the doctor in the operatory, showcasing her dedication and versatility. She's a valuable asset to our team.
